If There’s Nothing Wrong at Fukushima, Why Won’t They Allow Outside Experts to Inspect the Plant?

Tuesday, 29 May 2012

‘If the nuclear disaster that has befallen the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power plant is absolutely nothing to be concerned about, as some have nonsensically maintained despite the evidence to the contrary, why on Earth would Akio Komori, an executive at Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO), refuse to allow outside experts to inspect the facility?

It is quite a simple question which should be able to be easily answered by those who continue to maintain that anyone who points out the continuing dangers and potential disaster with spent fuel pool number four is blowing the situation out of proportion.’

The Holographic Universe – Beyond Matter

Tuesday, 29 May 2012

‘The highest thing you can be is unconditional love. This term has been used and misused in so many ways that it has more or less lost its meaning. Of course, it has nothing to do with a man loving a woman or vice versa, although that’s a smaller part of it. Unconditional love is a state of being, i.e. PURE SPIRIT. It’s our natural state. Everything else is illusion or arbitrary.

To even get a glimpse of what unconditional love is one must first abandon ones ego, thinking “it’s all about you”. When you are able to fully understand that we all are a part of ONE, we also know without any doubt that Unconditional Love is our state of being.’

You’re The Drive: Digital Data Can Now Be Stored In DNA

Monday, 28 May

‘Forget saving files to flash drives and cloud servers. Now, digital information can be stored in the DNA of living organisms, thanks to a breakthrough discovery by researchers at Stanford University in California.

A trio of scientists successfully demonstrated the ability to flip the direction of DNA molecules in sample E.coli bacteria in two directions, mimicking the “1s” and “0s” of binary code, which is at the root of all modern computer calculations.’

Would You Ride This Pencil-Shaped Capsule To Space?

By Rebecca Boyle Posted 05.23.2012

The amateur rocketeers at Copenhagen Suborbitals are getting closer and closer to orbit, testing a new bi-liquid fuel combination for a hand-built, donation-funded, non-profit rocket. The group tested its alcohol- and liquid oxygen-powered TM65 rocket over the weekend, the largest amateur bi-liquid rocket in the world.

Kepler Spots a Doomed Planet Slowly Evaporating into Space

By Clay Dillow Posted 05.21.2012 at 12:51 pm @ http://www.popsci.com/

Of all the ways planets can die–consumed by their host stars, for instance, or obliterated by a collision with another planet or asteroid–evaporation isn’t one that had crossed many astronomer’s minds. But data from the exoplanet-hunting Kepler observatory has revealed a nearby planet–just 1,500 light years from Earth–that appears to be evaporating before our very eyes. Over the next 100 million years, the planet will completely disintegrate.

Forty Million Japanese in ‘Extreme Danger’ of Life-Threatening Radiation Poisoning, Mass Evacuations Likely

Thursday, 17 May 2012 10:27

‘Japanese officials are currently engaging in talks with Russian diplomats about where tens of millions of Japanese refugees might relocate in the very-likely event that the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear facility’s Reactor 4 completely collapses. According to a recent report by EUTimes.net, Japanese authorities have indicated that as many as 40 million Japanese people are in “extreme danger” of radiation poisoning, and many eastern cities, including Tokyo, may have to be evacuated in the next few weeks or months to avoid extreme radiation poisoning.

As we continue to report, the situation at Fukushima is dire, to say the least. Reactor 4 is on the verge of complete collapse, which would send radioactive nuclear fuel from thousands of fuel rods directly into the atmosphere. These fuel rods, after all, are already exposed to the open air, but the full release of their fuel would cause not only a regional catastrophe, but also a global nuclear holocaust.’

The Outer Limits: Nasa Probe Sees the ‘Edge’ of Our Solar System for First Time – and it’s Completely Different From What We Thought

Sunday, 13 May 2012

‘Nasa’s probes have seen the ‘edge’ of our solar system for the first time – and it’s completely different from what scientists thought.

Our solar system is flying through space more slowly than we thought – and Nasa’s IBEX – Interstellar Boundary Explorer – has found it doesn’t have a ‘bow shock’, an area of gas or plasma that shields our solar system as it hurtles though space

‘The sonic boom made by a jet breaking the sound barrier is an earthly example of a bow shock,’ says Dr. David McComas, principal investigator of the IBEX mission.’

Now one of the largest Sunspots in years, Region 1476 is currently in a great position for Earth directed Coronal Mass Ejections. The only problem has been producing a solar flare that would also in turn, generate a large plasma cloud. This could change in the days ahead. There will continue to be a chance for a major X-Class event.

The Children of Iraq: Was the Price Worth It?

Friday, 11 May 2012

‘The following is a presentation given in the Dialogue sessions of the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal, May 2012.

“…Line up the bodies of the children, the thousands of children — the infants, the toddlers, the schoolkids — whose bodies were torn to pieces, burned alive or riddled with bullets during the American invasion and occupation of Iraq. Line them up in the desert sand, walk past them, mile after mile, all those twisted corpses, those scraps of torn flesh and seeping viscera, those blank faces, those staring eyes fixed forever on nothingness. This is the reality of what happened in Iraq; there is no other reality….”

Chris Floyd, December 17, 2011.’
