atmospheric dept. As you can see in the pdf, they have been experimenting
with putting a complex of ammonia (NH3) and Silver Iodide (AGl) in No. 1
fuel oil.

In 1971 , a report was prepared for NASA, called Meteorological Observations Required For Future Weather Modification Programs.

In the report, they talk about various methods of cloud seeding using silver iodide complexes in different cloud structures.
The report goes on to explain cloud seeding in stratiform cloud systems.
In 2004, a group of scientists representing the following institutions;
1. NASA Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, California
2. University of Tasmania, Hobart, TAS 7001, Australia
3. Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Livermore, California
4. University of Colorado, Boulder, Colorado
