It’s the loudest sound you’ll come across 0n the short wave now. 8.545 megahertz is one. 8.570 …this is before 12:00 noon. 12.815 and 12.850, 17.110, 18.370 MHz. Then in the afternoon and sometimes after 6:00 PM you will hear it on 17.110 and other frequencies as well. So we’re getting really blasted with this thing

The article was written by Tom Keller, an aerospace engineer who has worked as a computer systems analyst for NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

Ben Rich Lockheed Former CEO knew of extraterrestrial UFO visitors
Lockheed “Skunk Works” former CEO knew the Roswell extraterrestrial UFO influenced designs of Testor model kits for Roswell UFO models, and U.S. top secret aircraft. According to a CNI News report by Colorado resident Michael Lindemann, the design information was derived from forensic illustrations and numerous witness testimonies about the Roswell UFO, provided by William L. “Bill” McDonald.
In an e-mail, dated July 29, 1999, apparently addressed to Lindemann, McDonald referenced an excerpt of a discussion with Harold Puthoff, founder of the highly classified U.S. “remote viewing” program.
McDonald said: “Well Hal, you asked for it! Now that legendary Lockheed engineer and chief model kit designer for the Testor Corporation, John Andrews, is dead, I can announce that he personally confirmed the design connection between the Roswell Spacecraft and the Lockheed Martin Unmanned Combat Air Vehicles (UCAVs), spyplanes, Joint Strike Fighters, and Space Shuttles.
Andrews was a close personal friend of “Skunk Works” CEO Ben Rich — the hand-picked successor of Skunk Works founder Kelly Johnson and the man famous for the F-117 Nighthawk “Stealth” fighter, its “half-pint” prototype the “HAVE BLUE”, and the top-secret F-19 Stealth Interceptor. Before Rich died of cancer, Andrews took my questions to him.

3. It was Ben Rich’s opinion that the public should not be told [about UFOs and extraterrestrials] . He believed they could not handle the truth — ever. Only in the last months of his decline did he begin to feel that the “international corporate board of directors” dealing with the “Subject” could represent a bigger problem to citizens’ personal freedoms under the United States Constitution than the presence of off-world visitors themselves.”
Lindemann added that “Bill McDonald received the above information from Andrews from 1994 until their last phone call near Christmas in 1998.” Lindemann also noted “It should also be known that Dr. Ben R. Rich attended a public aerospace designers and engineers conference in 1993 before his illness overwhelmed him in which he stated — in the presence of MUFON Orange County Section Director Jan Harzan and many others that – ‘We’ (i.e., the U.S. aerospace community/military industrial complex) had in it’s possession the technology to “take us to the stars”.

The first to report the incident was UFO researcher, Dr Steven Greer, who in 2001 revealed that Admiral Wilson was furious over his failure to gain access.
On a July 4, 2008 CNN interview, Dr Mitchell confirmed Greer’s version of events when he said that Admiral Wilson,“had found the people responsible for the cover-up and for the people who were in the know and were told, I’m sorry, admiral, you do not have need to know here and so, goodbye.”
A reliable source furthermore revealed to UFO researcher Richard Dolan that Admiral Wilson was frustrated by attorneys of a corporation that denied him access. I interviewed an active duty U.S. Navy officer in October 2008 who confirmed the powerful role of corporations involved in UFO projects.
Internet Censorship in Australia begins
MOST Australian internet users will have their web access censored next month after the country’s two largest internet providers agreed to voluntarily block more than 500 websites from view.
Telstra and Optus confirmed they would block access to a list of child abuse websites provided by the Australian Communications and Media Authority and more compiled by unnamed international organisations from mid-year.
But internet experts have warned that the scheme is merely a “feel-good policy” that will not stop criminals from accessing obscene material online and could block websites unfairly.
The voluntary scheme was originally proposed by the Federal Government last year as part of a wider, $9.8 million scheme to encourage internet service providers to block all Refused Classification material from users as an optional service.
The Government dropped its funding for the scheme last month due to “limited interest” from the industry, but a spokesman for Communications Minister Stephen Conroy said a basic voluntary filter was still on track to be introduced by Telstra, Optus and two small ISPs.
“The ACMA will compile and manage a list of URLs of child abuse content that will include the appropriate subsection of the ACMA blacklist as well as child abuse URLs that are provided by reputable international organisations (to be blocked),” the spokesman said.
System Administrators Guild of Australia board member Donna Ashelford said blocking these website addresses should not affect internet speed, but was only a “cosmetic fix” that was easily circumvented by criminals.
“The effectiveness will be trivial because you’re just blocking a single website address (and) a person can get around it by changing that address with one character,” she said.
“Child abuse material is more likely to be exchanged on peer-to-peer networks and private networks anyway and is a matter for law enforcement.”
Electronic Frontiers Association board member Colin Jacobs also expressed concern at the scheme, saying the Government and internet providers needed to be more upfront about websites being blocked and offer an appeals process for website owners who felt URLs had been blocked unfairly.
“There is a question about where the links are coming from and I’d like to know the answer to that,” Mr Jacobs said.
“We’ve been waiting to hear details on this from the Government. It they turn out to be zealous with the type of material that is on the list then we’d want to have a discussion about ways to introduce more transparency.”

‘UK Treasury ministers have confirmed that the coalition government is dealing with potential plans for a Greek bankruptcy after warnings by Jack Straw that the euro could not last. Tritium Leaks from US Nuclear Sites

According to the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission records, tritium — a radioactive form of hydrogen — has leaked through corroded pipes into the ground and that the number and severity of the leaks are escalating, The Washington Post reported.
Leaks from at least 37 of those facilities contained tritium concentrations which sometimes exceeded the federal drinking water standard at hundreds of times.’
US Army Base Transfer in Japan Delayed

UK Govt trying to close down PressTV
Earlier in the week, The National Westminster (NatWest) Bank froze the accounts of London-based independent television production company Press TV Ltd. NatWest, which is part of Royal Bank of Scotland Group, blocked GBP 200,000 of Press TV Ltd’s income without explanation.
Under British law, freezing the accounts of clients requires a court order or a request from the Bank of England.
Press TV has condemned the illegal step taken by the UK government, arguing that it has not received a court order classifying Press TV Ltd’s programs as being in violation of British regulations.
Legal advisors say banks cannot freeze the accounts of media that has been operating under the regulations of the host country.
An official with Press TV Ltd. says NatWest has refused to explain the reason behind its controversial action. “They’re not giving any reason why they’ve done it,” the official added.
It appears that the politically-motivated decision has been made by the UK in an attempt to cripple Press TV, which often broadcasts news and programs critical of the British government.
The move is another step in a systematic approach to effectively shut down Press TV’s operation in London as openly pursuing this objective would run counter to the Freedom of speech and press principals that the UK pretends to uphold.
This comes after British media regulator Ofcom (Office of Communications) announced that it seeks to issue statutory sanctions against Press TV for what it calls “breaching Ofcom’s Broadcasting Code” after one individual filed a complaint against the network.
This one individual is of course, Mr. Maziar Bahari, who was interviewed by Press TV and other media outlets while in detention in the Iranian capital.
Bahari had initially claimed that his interview with Press TV was conducted without his consent. However, in an interview with the state-run BBC Persian channel he admitted that he had agreed to conduct the interview.
“I said ‘OK, come and interview me,’” Bahari told the state-run BBC Persian.
Press TV has since called Ofcom’s ruling “unfair” but has still fully assisted Ofcom with its investigation.
Furthermore, since the ruling was made official, British communications and media facilities have desperately attempted to force the news channel off-air.
Moreover, WikiLeaks revelations also confirmed that British officials have been discussing ways to restrict the Network’s UK operations.
Freezing Press TV assets only proves that the network is deemed as a force to be reckoned by the British government and attests to the reality of the network’s success in reaching truth-seeking viewers across the globe and offering them a fresh perspective that differs from the distorted media images presented to them by the West.
